I have never seen such a spectacular exodus from a program coming off a national championship.
What the frick?
There's got to be something going on within that we are not seeing. Any insight?

Good coaches get plucked from good teams

Teams want championship caliber coaches.
You're not seeing it because you've never seen it.

I know its hard to fathom coaches getting plucked from good programs for you, since youve gone after all the LSU rejects..
But good teams lose good coordinators.
Im not shocked an A&M fan would know nothing about successful programs.

The program is falling apart. The coaches and players are all leaving. Somehow we will still beat A&M by 40.

One of the sports radio guys in Birmingham is referring to it as the BRexit.

Same happens to all very good teams. Coaches get promotions elsewhere. Players go to NFL.
Just look at Alabama during their run - Saban has to constantly replace Coordinators and Position coaches. Plus every year you have the Juniors leaving early for NFL.

Most honest post here. Maybe its because these guys won a NC and want nothing to do with a mediocre program.

If you had to live and work in Baton Rouge, wouldn't you bail out asap?

They're gonna let Ed O call offense and defense

If you owned an NFL team and needed to replace an 83 year old OC (norv turner) wouldn't you hire a young guy with a good football mind (brady)?

Joe Brady LSU passing game coordinator or NFL OC
Dave Aranda LSU DC or Baylor HC
These guys are getting promoted which happens when you have success
Notice A&M only fires their coaches...that usually happens after many fails
