Where have you been the last several years?

Alabama has gone to the playoffs or BCS title game 8 of the last 10 seasons.

In that time we've had six offensive coordinators, four defensive coordinators, and an uncountable number of assistants.

People looking to fill jobs want to hire winners. This year there is no bigger winner than LSU.

Too bad A&M will never get to experience this, cause y’all are hot garbage.

It’s not that hard to figure out, people are getting promoted to better positions. Again, what is so hard to understand about that?

Just look at Alabama during their run - Saban has to constantly replace Coordinators and Position coaches. Plus every year you have the Juniors leaving early for NFL.

Saban’s track record of winning with whatever staff he assembles is very good. Big O....not so much. I’m worried for LSU.

Can you imagine the Joes' conversation after the Bama win?

"We gotta hold this together for 2 more months and get that natty, then we can get the frick outta this weird arse place."

This is what happens when you have good players and coaches and you win. I understand why you wouldn't recognize that.

While turnover is disruptive, this actually is good for the program for recruiting coaching talent. It clearly is now a hot springboard for rising coordinators as well as the long standing reputation for getting players ready to be a pro.

Poor little aggot

Doesn’t understand that good teams lose coaches because of their success.

Aggot doesn’t know that because aggot doesn’t have good seasons.

So no one ever gets hired from there.

Aggot is the Cleveland browns of the sec.

It’s called success. I know that you can’t recognize that being an aggy fan, but this is what’s supposed to happen. Brady just went from a passing game coordinator to an OC in the NFL. Aranda got a head coaching job at Baylor. Good for them. I hope that they have much success and appreciate what they brought to the tigers!!

Let me break it down for you, since A&M is not used to winning anything of importance.

When coaches are actually good at their jobs, they get asked to take promotions at other schools.

Unlike fAggie who has to fire shitty coaches and pay mediocre ones $75 million to improve to 6th in the conference....

This is not the first time. It happened under Les as well.

Of course people are going to leave when the opportunity to promote is offered. What is strange about that?

This from a guy who supports the biggest shitstain of a program in the SEC.

My only regret this season is not having the other wannabe Tigers on the schedule so we could have dropped 80 on somebody this year!!
