This is the general attitude of Bama.

De'Runnya Wilson is a tall, physical WR - I expect him to have a huge game against Bama's undersized, weaker secondary.
Keep telling yourself Bama's secondary isn't any good. This isn't 2014 and the DB's are much improved. Speaking of 2014, Bama beat a much more talented State team with a much weaker secondary. With that said, Dak is a very good player and Wilson is an excellent receiver but Bama will be ready. RTR

No hate here - I have a lot of respect for what the program's accomplished.
It's natural for the team and fans to become overconfident after a long period of winning.
I just think that the team is overlooking Miss State. I have no proof of this, just a gut feeling. The responses in this thread tell me the fans are certainly overlooking them.

State is dealing with a horrible tragedy this week, so they will be fired up and ready to play against Bama. This game has extra meaning with that young man's unfortunate passing.
Who died?

Congratulations! You just won the moron of the week for dumbest post.
The people posting here are not players. Unlike the players, the fans (people that post here) get a little bit longer to dwell on a recently played games. I'm certain the players (and coaches) are already preparing for Saturday.
Also, there is no such thing as the Easter Bunny.
So, don't believe everything you read.

Believe it or not, he's still very emotional following those losses. It's tough to go from 3 championships in 4 years to mediocrity for an extended period of time. The kick-six for Bama was just as damaging as 1/9 for LSU.
He's frustrated and shows it in his interviews. He is tired of the unrealistic Bama expectations that you should win a championship every season.
Stop trolling. Since when is mediocrity 11-2, 12-2, and an 8-1 start?

I will because they aren't. They are only a byproduct of an outstanding defensive line.
The short passing game of Prescott is going to expose that secondary - get rid of the ball before the rush gets there. Wilson will have a field day.

Unfortunately it's just tough to sustain that level of dominance for very long with one coach. Teams figure out your schemes. The target on your back is always the biggest because you've won so much.
Saban has changed his schemes to match these spread HUNH offenses. Faster DL's and fast rotation to keep in fresh legs. He's never had this good a pass rush. You will understand what I'm talking about after Saturday.

Keith Joseph, Jr and his father that was a former MSU player.

Can you point out the field days Mississippi State has had against teams with a pulse?

Current streak is real with Dak at QB as well right?

I'm just asking you guys to wake up and realize State is the REAL DEAL. I'm trying to do you a favor so you aren't as let down on Saturday.
Don't judge them on previous performances - just like we won't judge Bama in their performances against Ole Miss and Tennessee. Bama is playing their best football right now.
Prescott is ready to prove that State is one of the best teams in CFB.

Nobody is overlooking State...not Saban, not Vegas, not our fans.

Henry is a great player - but Bama will need to pass to win in Starkville. Does Bama trust in Coker to win a big game on the road for them?
Miss St gives up 167 yds a game. So all of a sudden you guys are gonna stop it Sat? Im not saying Bama will even win, but to think Henry isnt gonna have some room to run is stupid.
I hightly doubt that Bama is overlooking State

Dak Prescott is the best QB in the SEC. MSU is a better team than CFB fans give them credit for.
The fan problem (the lack of hype) with this week is having to shed two weeks of deep fried corndog banter. It'll wear off by Wednesday.
