Makes sense - and it looks like it is really 2 tournaments and only 2 games, so that makes more sense.

Basically 2 games vs a combo of Northwestern/Liberty/Bradley.

That would be awesome to play in Cancun and Israel (? Did I read that right?) in the same year.

I assume Israel would be their Summer/Fall trip (some go to Europe, some go play in Canada).

That would be a great trip and would make sense with Pearl's connections with various Jewish groups and Israel (not just his ethnicity but his open support of the Jewish state and various Jewish groups). Would be very cool for those players.

Oh yeah, regardless of your beliefs it would be a pretty sweet trip.

They will also play Winthrop in Auburn as part of this "Tournament" the week before going to Cancun.

Jesus that is an awful field. They should back out. Will drag their rating down even if they win the thing.

Part of the reason Pearl makes so many early exits.

Yea, it’s not like Auburn got a trophy last year or anything.

That tournament is very underwhelming to say the least.

Would have loved to see them play in the Phil Knight Tourney myself.

that will never happen. Auburn would never get an invite to that tourney.

Auburn was in battle for Atlantis last year and the Maui Classic a few years ago.

I think we played in the Cancun tournament a few years ago as well.

Fun trips for the guys.

I want to say we played in a Charleston, SC tourney as well in the last several years.

I know they wouldn’t because of under armor. I just want that type of competition is my point.
