I wanna try that sport where you have to ski and then shoot the targets like at the Olympics. Looks very difficult. I bet I couldn’t hit the broad side of Lizzo’s fat arse.

you could simulate this...
Go run a mile, then try to hit a steel target measuring around 1 1/2 inches from 30? yards or so with a .22.
Your breathing would absolutely frick you. I don't know how those biathletes control their breathing and heart rate for the shooting portions to hit that target. They are freaks of physiology.

Just go to a local PRS match. It is a ton of fun and there are typically a few stages that get the heart rate up. Not as much as skiing but still a blast. Texas host a lot of matches.

Weren’t no pancakes at the ones I been to. Unless your shooting or know a shooter, I can see why it’s not a widely popular spectator sport.

Lived and worked in AK for a summer during college. They know how to shoot there. Also, a lot of Southerners. Great people.
