Considering the record is 47-9-3, I don't think UA has any problems with whether they need to circle this game or not.

Seriously, how awesome that workshop that Bama and LSU fans went to learn how history affects games in 2014?

LSU fans want a refund.

Good point...and true. Saban has usually done a good job of having his team focus on the next team, series of downs, next play, etc., but it's impossible to bring the same degree of enthusiasm to each game as all your opponents do. I guess you've got to try to offset it with your talent advantage.

I think is easier to up for this game because it's the first one they have to do it for this season. If this game fell between LSU and A&M, I would be a whole lot more nervous for it.

I will give Alabama the edge on talent, the edge on coaching, but the deciding factor will be who wants it more. The USA beat the Brits because we were fighting for freedom. Ole Miss is doing the same with home field advantage. The atmosphere will be ruckus.

But lost the Ryder Cup because of vastly inferior talent.

I'm afraid that Florida was their "first one"...but we should be focused because it's our first real away game..hostile crowd and all.

We have my case in point. This is the mindset of Bama.

I just don't understand why people like you confuse fans talking shite on a message board with the mindset of the team. I don't think any Bama players care about this lopsided record. In fact, of the two teams the only one that seems to be indicating publicly that this game is easily winnable are the Ole Miss players, so maybe you should be worried your guys are underestimating Alabama.

Yes Cody Prewitt saying that means he expects OM to win 38-3. That's ridiculous. 38-21

We've been meaning to talk to you about this. We could save some money and practice time if you would just forfeit early.

But it's up to you.

You see, that is just plain bad comeback sauce. The Ryder Cup is European, which is more than just the Brits and it was contested in Scotland, which gave them home field adv. Try again. I hope you know Freeze is channeling William Wallace this Saturday...

William Wallace had some nice early victories before being tortured and killed by the king.

Sounds legit. Good comparison.
