No, he is not.

He and Aranda have won the same amount of NCs.

You hired Kelly because Aranda told you no.

He told LSU to frick OFF!!!!

I don’t know if you noticed but their last Coach was a shrimp boat captain that almost tanked the entire program.

Aranda just won with former coaches players. He has not been lighting up recruiting trail but should dominate big 12 once Texas and ou move on

Aranda knew the mess at LSU. He simply denied them. Like several others before Scott W was forced to look at Kelly as his best option. This isn't revealing news.

Because Brian Kelly has been a consistent winner everywhere he’s been and Aranda, as a HC, is still a bit of an unknown as far as long term success.

I told everyone the same and got blasted for it. Anyways, I'll support Kelly but right now, Aranda looks a lot better than him.

If LSU is such a "mess" why are you having to lie about how bad it is?

I don't know, but I won't complain. Kelly will be much less of a threat than Aranda.

Maybe he'll make Baylor a major program.

With Oklahoma and Texas out of the way, who's to stop him from establishing a conference dynasty like Dabo has done?

Aranda may not be a butterfly like some coaches are.

Maybe, just maybe, he is the type of coach that wants to see the fruit of his labor over a period of time. He is currently making plenty of money at Baylor. But at some point he will probably change jobs but not after only two seasons at the helm. And it will be when he is ready not the other way around.
