Stay away until businesses demand that it be lifted.

If they don't demand that it be lifted. Let them bankrupt and close the doors.

Go lose to Purdue some more, ya fricking losers.
We might have lost to Purdue, but we don't lose to your shitty program.

Only two East teams have never won the division. Kentucky and Vanderbilt. You are on Vanderbilt's level.

Chew on that a while, you whiny cocksucker.

Would you like me to post them? Pruitt recruited several. Yalls problem is losing which causes the few top guys to go to other programs.

That is what we get for hiring a born and inbred piece of shite from Alabama.

He was too stupid to pull off the cheating on his own. He had worked for filthy Alabama so long. He thought that was normal business. He didn't have dirty little midget to watch over him at UT.

Tennessee is half the program that Kentucky is right now. The tide has turned in that pillow fight.
Hey, frickwit. 6-6 LSWho is right there with them./

You're a joke. Go sit in the corner, dumbass.

Alabama actually only got 1 inch....but the Bammers are claiming 3.

So you have started 7 new threads already today..SEVEN

Do you really think this board cares that much about what you think about all these topics???

Is there a compulsory rule that you have to open his threads? Is there an ignore feature here? If not, just bypass his threads.

quote:

Admins - is there something that can be done to limit this???

This is pretty damn pathetic out a supposed grown man. "Admin, I don't like his threads. Save me." :wah:

Sign your arse off and get back on your mama's titty if that is the best you can do.

There's no way to get integrated into a professional job in 2 weeks and if the culture was that bad, it's on you for not being able to sniff that out during an interview.
Trust me, I sniffed.

They basically presented a false picture.

I didn't try to get integrated. I knew two days in that I had fricked up in accepting the job. I consider it one of the major mistakes of my life.

You realize that white people can act like animals too right?
Yeah, but we don't make a habit of it.

That being said the curse of fatass Phil is going to keep them irrelevant for the next 100 years.

If anyone knows irrelevant for 100 years, it's Kentucky.

I am currently in a Labor & Employee Relations role based in Charlotte, NC. I have been with this company since last April. I was approached about joining the legal team as an Labor & Employee Relations Manager for a very large corporation.

Pros:

1. 20% increase in pay from by current base salary.
2. Fully remote position so would be able to move wherever we wish. Current role is half remote, half in the office. I hate going to the office.
3. Signing bonus
4. This new company has a much more lucrative 401K program. They match up to 6%.
5. Better yearly bonus. They target 16% of your salary at my level
6. 2 weeks of paternity leave(have a little girl on the way). Current company makes you use your PTO and there is no paternity leave
7. Stock options in year 2, which isn't offered with current company.
8. More options for career growth.

Cons:
1. More travel. Will likely travel around 30%
2. Jumping ship after 9 months
3. I like my current job duties but am not really challenged. This new role would be tougher
4. I really enjoy the people I work with now.
5. Work for a smaller company so there is more room to start initiatives of my own.

I did this in early September. My boss understood and told me I could come back if he had not filled my job.

Quit my job of years that I loved. Because I got greedy. Took a 30% pay hike. Better benefits, raises, bonuses, peace, love, and rainbows...blah, blah, blah...

2½ weeks in I walked the frick out. Called my old boss. "Guy I hired to replace you starts October 4."

There was a reason the new job paid so well. It takes that for people to tolerate the bullshite. I just happen to be one of those people that don't need the money that bad.

Now I have a job I can tolerate making 15% less than my old job.

I really enjoy the people I work with now.

Think long and hard. Those two things mean A LOT.

You want a challenge? Climb K2 without oxygen. Your happiness is at stake here.

This is just another Bammer circle jerk thread.

It's all they have. It gives them momentary release from the dreary trailer park. Hell, for a few minures they don't even think about the pickup bed rusting out.
