Too many white people in the state of Oklahoma, too. Actually, there are a lot of crackers in central Texas. Nevertheless, we do well.
Face it, Arky has an intangible repellant hovering over the entire program. It's something that can't even be countered by the impact of winning. You guys get basically no one any major program wants (albeit with a few exceptions). It's a dirty little booger. And the quintessential indication of irrelevance.

Because it's Arkansas. They have to go outside the state for talent, similar to Tennessee.
Stop comparing Arkansas to UT in recruiting. It is completely different.
UT can rely on Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, and Virginia for recruits. UT can always sell itself to those states.
Arkansas has Texas and Louisiana within a good radius.

Come on guys we have gotten a total of (2) five star players in the last 10 years.
Now we have won a total of 42 Track and Field Championships and our Basketball program has won a N.C. since joining the SEC. Basketball is on it's way back @ Arkansas. We are definitely at a recruiting disadvantage in Football.

Ignorant post.
Tennessee has branded itself in all those states. Arkansas hasn't and probably never will.

It's simple really. We don't cheat at the level other programs do.

Don't stop there, straw man....continue with the irrelevance.

Do you not understand the talent that borders Tennessee. UT borders Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Virginia. UT is also not that far away from Florida. UT can get players from the best two recruiting hot beds in the country in Georgia and Florda. Not to mention, the state of Tennessee has gotten light years better than it was 10 years ago. Arkansas doesn't have that and can't do that. It is silly to compare UT and Arkansas in recruiting.

This, but Tennessee still has waaaay more in-state talent yearly.

I don't know. All I remember about Tennessee though is how we branded that Rocky Top arse with our low level recruits last year.

Congratulations, you beat around 6 true freshmen starters including a true freshmen quarterback.
Bobby Petrino's record was 5-7 at Arkansas when he had to play as much freshmen as Dooley did last year.
