SCD (dawg fan says)
Gman (dawg fan) then says:

The simple truth is UGA didn't buy players and Tennessee did.
Gman (dawg fan) then says:

There's a reason UGA wasn't being investigated for buying players and Tennessee was.
It's not because of some conspiracy theory about UGA owning the NCAA. The simple truth is UGA didn't buy players and Tennessee did.
that's hilarious. Hell, Smart paid a guy 10K just to NOT VISIT a rival.

UGA is filthy.
Kirby learned from the GOAT cheater. NIL made Nick cut and run before he got exposed as a fraud.
Playing clean Saban was a 8-9 win coach.

Why are you scared of somebody being in charge and keeping order?
People don't like 'order' when it means that Alabama, Georgia and Ohio State get to pay players and no one else does.
I get why you're upset, you've had the NCAA in your pocket.
Melt.

Typical response of a loser, always looking for an excuse of being a loser. Just accept that those programs are better than you and out work you.

Let's keep going with this line of thinking...
It must've been just two teams before Kirby got to UGA??
Also, none of this would apply to Clemson, LSU, UF, FSU etc. It was just good coaching when LSU had a better receivers room and Clemson had a better D line than Bama. It doesn't apply to Mich either, they just stole signs instead of paying players. It only applies to OSU, UGA, and Bama. They're the Axis powers and Adolf Saban has been manipulating us simpletons.
In reality, there are plenty of schools with similar resources, those three just spend theirs more effectively. It's not as sexy as a big scandal, but it also means that the same success is open to you. All you had to do was hire a guy with a bowl cut.

I don't think fans are scared of losing the ncaa as much as what losing the ncaa represents. It's a catch all for the unknown bc no one knows where cfb ends up, but everyone knows the direction it's going. The elites will be fine which is less than 15 out of 130plus teams. Everyone else who knows. How many playoff spots? Who has access? What determines said access? Do middle class become the new lower class? Will thier fans still bring money to the table if they aren't competing? Are networks running things? Will relegation happen? Are we moving to nfl model? Hybrid model? Sec big separating? Separating alone? With the acc/big 12? Does the g5 have a place? It's very unstable times for the sport.

Do any teams have plans for a sperm bank and IVF program to develop the next generation of football players?
This would be a logical step to literally make the next generation of players.

"typical response of a loser"
Actually, you're the loser, you lost. The courts said it's over, no more NCAA tinkering with NIL. And you're in here whining 24/7 about losing.
Too bad, so sad.
Melt more, though. It's entertaining.

Amazing how you know that and UGA wasn't caught for doing so.
Yet UT was caught for cheating twice since Smart came to UGA and only got out of the latest cheating incident by getting the rule changed by the courts after they were caught.
You must really suck at cheating.

Tennessee fans now think "winning" means court cases rather than on the field results.
Goes a long way in explaining why Tennessee fans are Tennessee fans.

What makes this amusing is that until a couple of years ago, nobody would have included UGA in lists like this.
It just shows that this is inferior programs trying to make up excuses for being inferior.
UGA is cheating. Why? They're successful. They weren't accused of cheating before because they weren't successful.
People making claims like that are just showing their inferiority complex. Nothing more, nothing less. They can't believe successful teams have success unless they're cheating... because THEIR team constantly gets caught cheating and they still can't find success.
Sad and pathetic, but that's what UT fans have become after 25 years of failure.

Sounds like communist talk to me.
The word(s) you are looking for is Anti trust violations, specifically violations of the Sherman Act.
Communism would be a governing union utilizing NIL to pool all of the generated wealth in order to redistribute it as the governing union saw fit.
The two have nothing to do with each other. It would be like someone asking you the day of the week and you responding with Periwinkle.
