UTejas and it's not close (mainly because I live here and am surrounded by their fans).
Their fans are a special combination of prideful, ignorant, and just plain stupid. Most either didn't actually attend the school, or those that did have no concept about how any of their major sports are actually played. (Ie. a touchdown is 3 points, right?)
Thankfully, Jackie Wayne Sherrill made them quit -- even while at State.
Due to the incredible long-standing dysfunction in their athletic department, they are working their way towards obsolescence.
See: Houston with a 2nd year coach getting more hype than Tejas with a 3rd year coach on the hot seat.
PS. Charlie Strong is a terrible public speaker.
(maybe a great DC though)

usc, miami, florida state, ohio state in that order. There was a time when Castro could have had the whole state of Florida including the Gators from my point of view.
