Who's your breakout player in 2020?

The guy who's not currently really on the radar right now but will be high on NFL draft boards come next March.
Ours, I believe, is Jacob Copeland. He dealt with injuries in 2018 and was buried behind more experienced WRs in 2019, but he was slotted in between Waddle and Chase in the 2018 composite and showed elite flashes in 2019.
With our departures at WR, he'll be a starter in 2020 alongside Grimes, and with his physicality and athleticism, I expect Copeland to blow up. He's a solid Day 2 NFL prospect, at least, imo.

He's definitely got the arm strength and weapons to be successful

I agree. Kind of obvious. He knows that offense to the point that O said he was ready last year but Joe did Joe things and has the weapons.
Either him or one of the RBs

VOLS RB Eric Gray is going to feast behind this OL imo

I already consider him elite.

Anthony Schwartz is fairly widely known because of his speed, but I believe he still has plenty of room to break out.

Is he definitely going to come back?

He said he won’t if he qualifies for the Olympics, but I doubt that will happen as much he stays rehabbing his injuries. He’s been hinting on Twitter that he’s coming back.

Whoever ends up RB1 and Trey Palmer.

Either our transfer QB or Kylin Hill.

I certainly wouldn't consider Gilbert a breakout. He's getting hyped to hell and back
