Depends on the refs. Not whether they favor or disfavor a team, but whether they are tight with foul calls and let the teams play.

If they aren’t whistle happy, that obviously goes in Arkansas’s favor.

It would be nice if someone comes off the bench and provide some minutes for Nick Smith and Anthony Black.

But either they can't score or are a defensive liability.

The starters are playing way too many minutes and they shouldn't be which means Arkansas has a short bench or lack of depth.

Unless that changes it will be a short stay for Arkansas.

Think they both will. Think Auburn has a great chance to get to the second weekend. Houston is a weak #1 seed, Sasser is still hurt, and they're in Birmingham.

If Arkansas ever gets down more than 5 points, they can't come back on any halfway decent team because of how they foul and how bad they are at FT shooting and shooting in general.

They essentially have no real offensive arsenal.

It is funny how many team's success hinges on the health of just one or two players.

Yep... a lot of teams can survive losing 1 player.

but losing 2? That's almost half your starting lineup.

Most teams would struggle.

NSJ has come back and played okay, but as a Freshmen he missed half a season of development and basically had him come back and play A&M, Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama, lol.

Auburn hasn't won a game away from home in months.

and Auburn is at home basically.

this always cracks me up with bball fans.......or those pretending to be bball fans.

What gives a bball team a true "home court advantage" is the fact that the players practice on the home court every day. The background will be different everywhere else...........it doesn't matter how many of your fans are in the stands.

On paper. How far has that got them?

Look at the talent on this team. Yet they couldn't win half of their SEC games. Not half. Muss is the man.

Two elite 8 games in two years, I swear you sound like a tennessee fan all of a sudden.
