Maybe, but there are usually fans who find something to be unhappy and bitch about.

I liked the way the ACC did it this season. As usual, some fans didn’t like that. But it provided a lot of insight to the review process and decision making.

AI wouldn’t stop “L”3u losers from bitching about artificial officiating.

You don't think it's funny that ten of you came into a thread that never mentioned anything about Alabama?

No. You asked what people thought about your idea on SEC officiating. Alabama plays in the SEC.

It is weird that you are so shocked Alabama fans would have am opinion on it.

And over sampled in this particular thread, moron.

No other fanbase had 10 "no's"

Three quarters of SEC fanbases have moved on from football. That is why this place is so quiet.

The fact that you are counting the number of responses by fanbase says much more about you than them.

What we can conclude is this was a thread to complain about officiating and Alabama.

I would be concerned that the A in AI would favor Alabama

I’d rather have AI posting here than the OP.

I’m sorry you have no idea how AI works.

Would you like me to send you some basic tutorials on the pros and cons?

Imagine sensory technology embedded in the football and field delivering real time data in seconds and without a review from an "outside source.

Ok so using this I assume there would be some type of technology that could determine if the ball hit the ground or was a catch. The problem of course is if the receiver has control of the ball and it touches the ground it is stilll a catch. I don’t think AI can be programmed to pick up all of the nuances to make the correct call better than the system currently in place. Maybe it would be good for first down reviews and TD reviews but outside of that how would it be beneficial in replacing referees?

It would be able to pick up this and more. Sensory technology is getting pretty ridiculous.

Maybe not in its current form. They aren't rolling it out next year though.

Even in this scope it would need actual humans assisting.

I'm not saying that refs wouldn't be needed on the field either.

That would be nice. And it would be nice to have great officiating too.

But 95% of the calls people complain about are the result of them not knowing the rules. And you can flat out show those fans the rules and they will refuse to accept it.

I don't see how AI is going to fix that.

Use AI to subliminally teach them the rules.

Number 13.

Are we going to get to 20 AI- triggered Gumps in one thread? The way in which you can control these chimps is amazing.
