Awwewhhhh shiiiit yea here comes the Memphis racist stuff...
State fans aren't delusional, just optimistic for once. If we were delusional most of us would be posting that we are favorites to win the west or something. I think looking at a possible 10 win season is not out of the picture but that would put us at best 3rd in the division. I'm sorry if our optimism for finally having skill players and a decent D hurts peoples feelings

That is a weird demo, then. Springfield almost isn't even a Mizzou town. And to work with so many Mizzou grads in that town is odd.

I work in Springfield and the Mizzou fans weren't delusional at all. In fact they kept expecting something bad to happen.

My office isn't that big, 20-30 people probably. I gave you a high estimate probably. Will go through personnel records later.
If it makes you feel better, the State fans are even more delusional. Some guy on the radio yesterday said he thought the Bears could hang with LSU because they played Iowa tough

Just some punctuation would suffice, but thanks.
I don't think you're right. Everyone assumes Memphis is full of black people, not racists.

The OP asked about delusional fan bases and I gave a reference to some good neurotic material. How is that not understanding sarcasm?

How about a fanbase that calls their colors "Harvard Crimson" and "Yale Blue" all the while being one of the poorest schools in the country and having the lowest entering freshman ACT scores in the SEC???
Think those folks might call dibs on the delusion trophy??
