Which is a realistic buyout for a coach. Auburn is not going to pay a head coach 26 million dollars because he is performing better than the average for Auburn in its history. Some of our fans are brain dead. If someone great came available, they may pay him 10mil or less but not 30 mil. Thats just stupid. If he was crashing, that would be a different story but Gus has done better than the average coach at Auburn and has higher highs than any coach in our recent history

Gus believes in pace and a lot of motion. AU hasn't had that for 4 seasons. Part was due to Johnson, White and JS, but a lot has been the relationship between Lashlee/Lindsey playcalling and Gus's interference. Now it will be just Gus. We will see.
