Yeah, no AD was going to touch Art, too stinky.

Bill Clark would be a massive upgrade. He'll dominate once he gets to a big school.

Maybe so, but right now he's PJ Fleck circa 2015/16.

I know Clark's record, and am happy he's doing very well for UAB, but if AU is going to pay Gus's insane buyout, it needs to be because they have a yuuuuuuggge coaching splash lined up to replace him.

The worst GusBus could end up this year is 6-6. So it will be November before they start looking. ( Jimmy Sexton on line two. )

The question now should be if the wheels fall off will Gus Bus be terribly upset if he is run off? He will be set for life, he has friends in Auburn so he can still live there. And Auburn is a wonderful place to live.

So GB is holding the Rook and he knows it.

Ten names will be released all with the purpose of getting the coach an extension and Auburn will hire a name not originally released.

True, but why would we go from Gus to Gus light. Arkansas will win 0-3 SEC games per season under Morris.

Belichick, Reid, or McVay. It really depends on who wants the most money. That one will be our guy.

Houston Nutt is the obvious answer.

I agree. Auburn is in the situation Bama was in post Mike, Mike, and Mike, when Mal Moore went and begged Saban to come. Malzahn has to go, and Auburn is going to be swinging for the fences. I do believe Stoops is the target. I don’t think the chatter last year was just rumors.

Don't underestimate the barn. That would be a mistake.

Gus will at Auburn for a minimum of 4 more years

People probably need to get comfy with that

If he is, that means he has won an SECC or 2. Otherwise, I'll take that bet.
