1st player would have been Terry Bradshaw. back to back super bowl mvp and all that. 1st college player I really noticed was Bo Jackson. before that I was really too young to understand.

Joe Willie Namath. Was a kid when he won SB III, remember playing football outside all day with my friends and coming inside and Mom was just really excited that the Jets won the game. Did not understand the magnitude of what he had done as a pro, being a Bama guy was good enough for me.
