They're still a few years off from being thumped regularly in bowls they don't deserve to be in.... THEEEEEEN we can talk about them being "relevant".

Just checked. A&M has 25 recruits and is 2nd. Texas is 9th with 18. Texas has a slightly higher average per recruit 91.46 vs 91.09. If Texas had 25 with that average they'd be ranked higher than A&M. Rankings means nothing until NSD. Solid moral victory though.

Of their 10 Texas commits, 6 had an A&M offer.
Contrast that with A&M's 25 current commits. 7 are from out of state.
Of the 18 Texas A&M commits from Texas, 12 had t.u. offers.

Wasn't it just last year, when Texas signed 7 of the top 10 and 11 of the top 15 in the state of Texas, that y'all were clamoring about going out of state because Texas and 7v7 football is soft? Interesting how quickly the narrative changes.

The narrative didn't change. All three of our linebacker commits are from out of state. There's a reason for that.
