Texas is a established national brand. A&M is a brand on the rise due to better exposure and new money.

Texas resides with Oklahoma, Michigan, SoCal, etc as a premier program that could win a natty in the next few years.

A&M sits with Louisville, Michigan State, Colorado, etc. They get the benefit of being in the SEC and all that comes with it, but they’re never taken seriously in Texas or out.

The answer is easily Texas. Not even close.

Texas and its not even close. They were elite a decade ago. A&M has never really been since integration. Texas is the big dog in that State. Always has, alwyas will.
