In the long term if not short you will dislike having arrogant longhorns making it to SEC championship and worse winning it their first year than you will like shitposting A&M. One you will live with all year, and the other will be good for a week or 2 unless you are a complete loser with nothing else to live for.
I laugh at my fellow LSU fans and alumni who somehow think they are superior to A&M (their endowment alone curb stomps us) and are actually looked at as an equal by Texas.
The best thing about Texas is that in a decade or maybe two decades cricket will replace football as it’s major sport.
