Probably the dude at Kentucky, he some how managed to make an offense completely shut down.

Also Malzahn isn't known for QB development even up here in arkansas. He can make some of them put up stats but if they aren't a duel threat stud athlete they suffer greatly.

I'd take him over Trotter, too. Both can't pass, but Newton can at least be used for running ability. He also did pretty well against Auburn in his true freshman season. They beat us at JHS.

either he did or randall cobb started at QB and beat us but that was a willie martinez unit and joe cox was shaving points so i don't count it

plus i haven't seen much of AU this year because i have been going all over the place watching Georgia's games so i have to take y'alls word for it

There's no reason to put Frazier with the group yet, IYAM. Dude's a true freshman and those were some of his first pass attempts. He'll get better with time. His running ability shouldn't be questioned anymore, seeing that he's had success against every team he's run the wildcat against.

You know, that #1 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. The one that's 3rd overall in the NFL right now in passing yards. The one that couldn't hit the broad side of the barn before he got to Auburn. The one that wouldn't run on any SEC defenses.

We know you're trolling, but try to do a better job.

He won a NC the year before and had great stats at the place he played. Malzahn didn't develop him into the talent he was. at your rationale. He has however, had Trotter his entire tenure to develop, Moseley for a year and a half. Malzahn, has not, shown he can develop a QB of his own yet.

So any QB that does good in Juco or wins a state title is already developed?

You're a God awful troll, you know that right? Your whole argument sucks. Noone is developed at JuCo. Jesus, just go away.

Kentucky's backup QB must live in a constant state of depression. Even if he's a converted wide receiver or kicker.

He's been getting almost as many snaps as Newton has. And he's a true freshman.

Garcia and Trotter are bad but no way should they be mentioned in the same breath as Newton and Relf.

And no awesomely bad list would be complete without Larry Smith.

Shouldn't the thread title be entitled:

"Who is the worst QB in the SEC?"

He is from Alabama. Give him a break.

Newton couldn't hit water if he fell out of a damn boat.

He makes Relf look like Joe Montana. He also has a shitty attitude which doesn't help any.

It seems impossible, but Morgan Newton's back up might actually be even worse.

Maxwell Smith replaced Newton in the third quarter. He went 0-4 with 2 interceptions. He was so bad, Joker put Newton back in.

Nah. He's slightly better than Newton and he's only a true freshman. He might get to play next year a little, but Towles will probably be getting all the snaps.

I'm too pissed off at Trotter to fix/care.

You know y'all are being pretty hard on Trotter. First of all it's not like he's had a ton of experience. Secondly, your best WR's are out and he hasn't had time to develop a timing with the replacements. And finally, y'all ain't really got a QB coach down there.
Given all that he ain't doin' turrable.
