Id say LSU. Not because I think its an easy win, it would be a fantastic win and i'd totally be stoked. I fear that a loss would bring unbearable backlash on this board, and we'd hear about the loss until the next time we play.

I'm going to assume this question refers to SEC teams.
In terms of a team I just don't want to lose to because we've done well against them? I would say MSU.
If it's a team I want revenge against, I would say Auburn.
If it's a team I'm tired of losing to, I would say Bama.

It's funny how you LSU fans constantly berate us for making statements that you view as being unrealistic, yet make comments like this. If you can type this out and honestly think that beating us will be a simple walk in the park after all of the struggles that you've had against us under the new coaching staff, then you are far more misconstrued than most of the Razorback fans on this site.
