actors Eddie Jemison (Oceans 11 movies, 'Yes I am' Bud guy), Joanne Woodward (numerous), Elizabeth Ashley, and Mike Papajohn (Spiderman, The Longest Yard) are LSU alumni and fans.
Composer Bill Conti (Gonna Fly Now - Rocky, Falcon Crest, Dynasty, Dallas, Academy Awards Conductor, etc.is an LSU Music School alumnus and fan.
Britney Spears is a Tiger fan, as are the aforementioned John Goodman and James Carville.
I know actor David Keith (Gulag, Lords of Discipline) is a big Vols fan.

Well ... a couple of Auburn fans have been doing that for sure. And some of the rapper fans it would appear.
Pretty much everyone else has been sticking to facts I think.

For Mizzou, it's easily Jon Hamm & Sheryl Crow. Both are pretty actively involved with Mizzou still.
Brad Pitt: story I've always heard is that he's just one class away from getting his degree, but left early to pursue acting. Technically he's not an alum, although he's pretty dang close, but I've never heard of him actively cheering for Mizzou and the such. No idea what kind of terms they're on.
Other notable Mizzou alums/fans:
1. Tom Berenger
2. Elizabeth Vargas
3. Carl Edwards
4. Kate Capshaw
5. George C. Scott
6. Robert Loggia - "L - look, it's Robert Loggia, O - oh my God, it's Robert Loggia..."

On John Goodman - he's from St. Louis and is a Southwest Missouri State (now MO State) grad. A cousin of mine went to school down there and claims Goodman would randomly show up once or so a year and buy the kegs for his old fraternity for one heck of a weekend.

George H Bush is a bit misleading. They built him a big library and so he drives up to College Station for the occasional dedication or whatever, but make no mistake about it: the Bush family are Longhorn alumni/ supporters through and through.

We don't have a lot of 'celebrity' grads, so I don't really have a name to throw out there. Though, looking at some of the pictures -- especially the shirtless oiled-up ones -- I'm starting to think maybe that's a good thing.
