BAMA beat Missouri 30-0, so we are obviously in.

Can you imagine how much these Mizzou losers would be bragging if they hadn't played any other OSU team besides their 3rd stringers who didn't give a shite about playing a nobody?

You can keep believing this if you like but the fact of the matter was MU defense won that game against OSU's regular season O-Line.

OSU's O-line was at full strength. We sacked Brown (the starting QB) three times. We sacked his replacement (Kienholz) once. In all, there were 14 tackles for a loss.

-OSU notable opt outs were WR Harrison and LB Eichenberg
-MU had no notable opt outs but were without our best LB - Hopper and probable best corner - Rakestraw due to injuries.

tOS had another roughly 16 opt outs – all portal
MU had another 11 opt outs – all portal
(query – are guys that enter the portal typically your starters and most important players?)

Again, think what you will, but it's a false narrative.

That's not true at all. The starting center was benched before the game for some social media uproar. I looked up the snap counts to verify that, and he definitely didn't have any

"But, but, but the game meant nothing to them."

Then Beard Dye should have opted out of the game entirely.

The fact is Mizzou showed up and Ohio State wasn't ready for a street fight and got punched in the face.

They would have mopped the floor with your team this season but they had 2 regular season losses so it's not like they were unbeatable.
The SEC just wasn't as strong this year for a variety of reasons.

nah they were ranked higher when we beat them in the cotton bowl last year. sadly, i think the new 12 team cfp format is clouding everyone's perceptions

Mizzou played a QB-less Buckeyes…yeah, enjoy your “win”…Texas at least played against a complete OSU team unlike you guys.

I was gonna say, the dumbass didn't mention OSU's starting quarterback transfered after the 2023 Michigan game. And the back up quarterback got hurt in the first half. Kinda puts a damper on your offense output.

If a 5-loss Michigan team can beat them, ANY top SEC team can on most days.

How'd the game in Norman go the next year?

It is sort of a mystery because they didn't play the next year.

Wish they had... it would have been a good game.

im sure howard, who mizzou had already beat last season, would have done excellent against with the approximate 0.1 milliseconds he would have had to drop back and throw the ball before being sacked

Missouri can take their arse to the B1G.

If Mizzou was smart they would go Big 12 and be a favorite for the auto bid every year. Would fit in geographically and culturally better too

Considering OSU is 10-2-1 overall against Missouri, I’d say they do all right
