Guilty sir. They also make fairly good back scratchers during timeouts.

Riiiigggghhhhtttt. So LSU fans are unaware. Yet you have grown arse men waving pompoms. This makes sense.

So you actually approve of the Pom poms waves by grown men?

There’s nothing more to discuss here.

Again, you are identifying an single occurrence and choosing for that singular moment to represent the entirety of LSU.

Ok, so I’ll play your game:
All bama fans are retards who poison trees of a rival team because they lost to said team, and because you have “too much bama” in you.

grown bammer men that have their own and bring them to games

And LSU has fruity little band motions that would make an Aggie blush

SMU cheerleader Herkie Herkimar (sp?) invented the pom pom in the late 1940's or ear 50's.

He still has the patent and gets Auburn and Alabama's money. State of Texas thanks you.

He also founded the National Cheerleader Association and supply probably more cheerleader uniforms and accessories than anyone.

Factoid: He will never make a penny on Texas A&M.

Who here has used a shaker as a drink stirrer?

Me. I prefer the old fashioned ones with the wooden stick and crepe paper. The wood sucked up the Jack and you could chew on it long after the drink was finished.

What makes the photo even better is that she's wearing cutoffs and I'm not talking Daisy Dukes.

Not sure.

Bama had them in 1991. Auburn had them I think in '89, but most certainly by '93.

Probably both had them before then.

I can testify that Bama had them in '87 because I stirred my bourbon & water.

AU had them in the 70s and were used only in the student sections. They were made of paper and you could see a cloud of orange and blue dust in the first quarter over the student section. I actually think UT was the first school to use them.

I don’t use them but some of my buddies choose to. I don’t see a problem either way. But I’m just a well adjusted adult, so what would I know?
