So if Kiffin came to AU, the 2nd time we picked off an OM coach, direction would be to hire an AU player? Bold strategy...especially if he is successful.

Dave Aranda should be call #1

Dave Clawsin at Wake Forest should get a call too

Don’t think Aranda would leave Baylor for Ole Miss. Wouldn’t hurt to try but Baylor suits him very well. Honestly not sure he’d take another non-NFL coaching job.

Possibly but we see how much disrespect there is for an undefeated Big 12 team right now in TCU

Maybe Dave sees that and the future of the Big 12 and takes this opportunity to jump into the SEC

Ole Miss comes out better than Auburn

I actually think Freeze with AU resources and being allowed to play players would be a monster.

+ there would be money left over (he needs smaller contract) for some serious NIL

I know you’re trolling but this isn’t 1994. Nebraska is nowhere near a better job than Ole Miss

Ole Miss should go after someone that had successful offenses in the SEC, someone that won 10 games and got his team to the Sugar Bowl which is rare for the SEC school he coached at. This guy is currently at a lower school but he had a pretty good game against Arkansas this year nonetheless. He had a bit of a shameful exit but I think enough time has passed. Don't be too proud Rebel fans, make the call, he'll definitely pickup the phone.

He would be. Also, Chadwell would be an option to look into.

Why doesn’t Heupel get mentioned for any of these jobs? He’s only getting around 5 mil a year from tenner. Hell Freeze gets that from liberty.

Matt Rhule should be the first and only call. I believe he would take it. Some OM beat writers, hell all of them from Rivals, On3, and 247 have said Fickell. I don’t think that’s realistic but who knows. Cincy is about to transition to the Big 12 and will not be able to keep up with that conference recruiting wise, especially with no NIL support. He’s just waiting for Ryan Day to go to the NFL at this point

Jeff Lebby would get a look. They might want someone with more HC experience though.

That’s amazing considering how awful they’ve been lately.

They are dedicated. I honestly feel bad for them

Yeah except it's not as impressive when you realize it's just rich boosters buying up unsold tickets to keep the streak going for awhile now
