TN has a very good one right now in Josh Smith. Not sure he merits inclusion on any all-time lists, but he will be picked up by an NFL team.

Derek Abney. But not necessarily for WR (even though he was solid there too). He was a bad arse kick returner and when he left the SEC he 2nd all-time in conference all purpose yards.
