Pretty sure LSU Pimp is referring to BCS Crystal balls starting with the 1998 season which signified the most modern era of College Football.
I remember after 2007 season LSU had alot of posters and stuff put out saying we were the first to have two BCS crystals.
Correct me if I am wrong pimp but I'm pretty sure that's what he meant.

Why is it obvious? The crystal football existed 12 years before the BCS. It doesn't go hand-in-hand with the BCS.

Alabama's best shot is this year.
LSU's is 2012 and possibly 2013.
UF's is anytime after that.

How is there an implied meaning, and how did Alabama fans twist it? The crystal football has been given to the national champion since 1986. LSU, Florida, Alabama, Nebraska, and Miami all have two or more.
