Which schools have the worst college game day atmosphere?

I've been to college football games from as far west as the Air Force Academy and as far east as Duke. The worst game day atmosphere I have seen by far is at the University of Houston. I've seen two games there. The campus is awful, bad side of town, and less than 10,0000 fans at the game.
For games I have been at, I would rank the worst as -
1. Houston
2. Louisiana Tech
3. Baylor

Been to a tech game. Had a lot of fun actually. As far as games I've been to, notre dame- outside the fact it was notre dame- sucked arse. More lsu fans tailgating than irish fans

Seriously, as a Mizzou fan living in Las Vegas, any list has absolutely got to include UNLV.
Off Campus stadium, dirt parking lots, poor attendance, shitty stadium.
It's the worst.
