By program I think it’s Tennessee.
By fan base I would think it’s LSU.

Bama
Bama

Most of the fans (younger than my old self) don’t understand what it will be like to be a mid-tier program..

Probably Mississippi State.

Not only did he beat them 16 years in a row, but because of Alabama's success, now Mississippi State fans think they have the right to talk just by association

We loved Saban when he was here, brought us a championship. It was the best job he ever had.

Meh, as an LSU fan I’ve been satisfied with our success. Saban did much more good for LSU than bad. And honestly, his being in the west probably spurred LSU to continue investing in the program and moving forward.

After the way his retirement went, it may turn out to be Bama.

When people ask what sets Alabama and other top tier programs in the SEC apart, this is the answer right here: expectations. Kalen DeBoer could average 9-10 wins per season but if he isn't consistently beating Auburn, getting to the SEC Championship Game, or getting us into the 12-team playoff, we'll fire his arse.

I would say Alabama.

With his retirement Alabama will surely get worse and probably have the worst years of play ahead of them.

U too young to remember Mike Dubuse, Mike Price, Mike Shula, and Denis Franphony if you think Bama is going to get that bad. KD is an elite coach compared to those guys.

The sooner you Bammers realize that cheating, sawed-off cocksucker is gone, the better off you will be.

Hey DA, we all know he is gone and very happy with KD. Now we might throw a brick in his office window if he loses a game but that is for another day.

16 years in a row really did a number on you.

He beat State into submission, other than that one time in 2007 which will always be hilarious to me. Dan Mullen couldn’t beat him, Mike Leach never even came close, Jackie couldn’t beat him during the LSU days. State’s one win ever against Nick Saban was by Sylvester Croom.
