Horse shite. UGAs O last year was line up a generational TE as many places as possible and hope for the best.

If this is true, other teams should copy that plan, apparently.

You would think the other teams could line up against one guy and stop him.

Of course, we also had Stetson Bennett the Heisman Trophy finalist, too.

2 of the last 3 Bama OCs left to be head coaches at major D1 levels. The other is going back to the NFL as an OC. I'm not familiar what happened to UGAs last few OCs, but being a stepping stone to a major college head gig is hard to beat.

Edit: Forgot Dabol, who left for an NFL head job. Even better.

Depends on if the coordinator needs his image rehabilitated. OC for Bama has a pretty good track record of landing good HC gigs after.

Again, depends on your plan.

UGA's the more successful spot right now, with back-to-back natties. Kirby's entrenched, you're going to have good players and likely will make a run.

Alabama, you have a lot of good players, and Saban's over 70.

Kirby's at UGA for the forseeable future, Saban will almost certainly step down in the next 3 or so years.
If you want the inside track at the Bama HC job, being the OC is a good spot to be.
