I'd give the nod to LSU. They have both quality and quantity of dumb. some of their posters are downright stupid.

Seriously though. Even when I graduated HS in 2009, taking the SAT wasn't required. Only the ACT really mattered.

Has anyone else ever noticed that people who claim they don't "test well" on standardized tests are also stupid? And for some weird reason smart people test well. Odd? Totally makes sense to drop standardized testing.

I know of smart people who didn’t test well on the because they didn’t give a shite, as most in grade school had little bearing on whether you passed to the next grade.

I scored above 36 on the ACT but a lot of my points came in after 3 am.
