Gary Patterson was making much more of a blanket statement than that. He was suggesting that 25 or 30 TCU players could be in the magic portal as a result of NIL offers from SEC teams. Suggesting TCU has no such game plan.
Sounds like Patterson has failed to get his team acclimated to NIL. That's on the head coach.
