The incestuous relationship between Auburn and Georgia is hilarious. Look no further than Vince Dooley and Pat Dye. Alabama has no such relationships with Auburn like Georgia does.

It was an ABSOLUTELY classless move by Kirby. This much is unquestioned. However, Gus deserved it after his post game "we beat the dog crap out of them" comment. Im actually surprised you guys didnt beat us by 50. But doing a fake field goal, with that little amount of time, up by as much as you were, was just a classless move by Kirby. He took a karma hit on that call.

I don't understand why the Auburn faithful are so bent out of shape over this.
All he did was call what was essentially a trick play and it was at a point in the game where it was a comfortable enough lead to risk it, but wasn't a complete blowout. If it works, your team is up by 3 scores and the kicker makes a play he will remember for the rest of his life in a big rivalry game. If it fails, your team is still up by 3 scores.

Classic Stan. Another all-time classic was the 2008 Iron Bowl when Saban put in greg mcelroy up 29-0 in the 4th quarter with just a few minutes left. He proceeded to throw a 40 yard TD bomb and Stan came unglued.

That having been said, I met Herschel Walker at one and let me say something about THAT individual.
A more gracious, genuine, decent person it has not been my pleasure to meet. He had time for everyone that wanted to speak to him and you could tell he was happy to spend time with them all. A gentleman, a real gentleman. And I would NOT have wanted to try to tackle that man, no way.
