When you think of Alabama, what comes to mind?

Outside of the football programs, I totally forgot it even exists sometimes.

Gotta hurt to be the most irrelevant team in the Sec traditionally, not a thread about MSU started by a Bama on first page. If you actually focused on making a game related threads between constant "I'm going to show them" topics, you would actually garner responses.

Excellent medical care/medical school

Excellent veterinarian school

Biggest research park in the nation (and one of the fourth biggest in the world)

To bring it to the city level, High Tech in Huntsville

As a born and raised Alabamaian, when I think of Alabama I think of overall good folks, the Swampers, the group Alabama, and some of the best Saturdays in the world.

Dove hunting is pretty good too with all the peanuts.

Every state has good attributes...we just like giving each other a hard time on here, but thank God we (for the most part) live in the South...best part of this great nation.
