Honestly 30 win seasons is a good metric. Harder to win 30 games in basketball than it is to win 10 games in football and that seems to be the metric that football fans live and die by.

I would say 30 win seasons are more like going undefeated in football prior to the playoff.
How many SEC teams have done both?

Not really. There are only 40 possible games if you go all the way to the SEC Tourney and NCAA Tourney finals. 38 is UK's high water mark...
