The longer this TRO stands, the more consecutive losses Alabama's season will eventually record

That judge might be in trouble. Even the Duke judge recused himself bc he was a Duke season holder.

It's illegal for them to do that, junior.

You must have gotten your legal training the same place Ketanji did.

When the TRO is vacated, the wins, if any, will all be vacated for rules infraction

Ah, the ALMIGHTY paper wasp.
What an annoying piece of nothing.
This TRO will be reversed, and becomes moot.
The rules of the NCAA that Alabama is bound to will prevail, the wins vacated if any for serious rules infraction

I hereby acknowledge the awesomeness and years of supremacy of the ALMIGHTY paperwasp.
I also respectfully reserve the right to correct Mr paperwasp in this matter.

This TRO will not stand scrutiny.
#1 the TRO is only pending the hearing,
#2 the student athlete is clearly ineligible.
This isn’t like the NIL

Wrong! if the judge comes back and says ncaa is right he shouldn’t be allowed to play, bama will have to forfeit all the games he played in.

Forfeiting wins

Brother you can correct me all day long.

It would be the most Alabama basketball thing ever for us to win big this year and have to vacate the whole damn thing.

Interesting link. Two things
1. I am curious how the NCAA is going to respond if the judge calls them to account for threatening action when the ruling specifically forbids it.
2. The writer, or perhaps the NCAA, seems to not have the mental acuity to differentiate forfeiting games, which would count them as losses, and vacating games. If Alabama takes a loss, does the team that beat them have the game unrecognized as a win? The way the article reads, it would be as if those games never happened and don’t count for/against Alabama's record.

LSU should try to bring some players back. They have nothing to lose. Even if it doesn’t work they won’t have many wins to vacate.

I just looked it up: Bama is 10-1 against LSU the last 11 meetings. Holy shite. Surely the TRO will do something about that?
