pretty much the same thing here. i have been to bozeman several times so you'd think i'd root on montana state but the grizz are where it is at. insane crowd, crazy temps, play off football. if you can get 50,000+ for a 1aa team in 14 degrees with snow at night then you deserve greatness. and great they are. i just wish they had pulled the UT upset

VT and UNC due to family connections

it really is. one of the most pictueresque states we have, great outdoor shite like fly fishing and etc, unreal skiing. papa dgd honestly wants to retire out in bozeman so maybe one day i can catch a few grizz games if i make the trek

I went to Montana with my dad the week of the Montana - Montana St. game and those people take their football just as serious as us. It's like the whole entire state of Montana goes to that game. It is an extremely serious rivalry.

oh i hear ya, our driver once talked the entire ride from bozeman to big sky about the rivalry. how can you not love passion like that? that is why Montana and maybe even Montana State are the coolest/best teams in FCS
