What’s wrong with Auburn and how it can be fixed:

The fans!!!!! Every time a coach arrives they don’t like it and drive them away! It’s not just Gus, either. It’s everyone and they’re the problem!

Their boosters run the show. The boosters have different sects that fight each other. Then when the admin finally stands up for themselves the boosters pull their funding and get the coach fired.
So no. They need the booster's money but don't want the boosters insight. It is not going to get fixed any time soon.

Well now they have the issue of half of the fans passionately campaigning for Cadillac to be the coach, putting him on this crazy pedestal. I like Cadillac, he seems like a good dude, the players love him, but its kind of wild to see the emotional reaction over him considering what Auburn has gone through the past several years.

All fanbases suck. They are in a position of unique difficulty because of where they are located and who their main rivals are.
Auburn is the only west team I don’t despise and I’d like to move on to being in decent terms with them. Last few weeks have sucked but oh well.

The boosters didn’t hire Harsin and they didn’t mess with his job. The administration did a poor job of hiring him then do their investigation and they were not being up front about what the investigation was.

The first smart thing they did was getting rid of a coach that wasn't SEC caliber. The bad thing they did was hire a new coach that also wasn't SEC caliber.

We are about to hire the coach that Nick wanted as his OC and the same coach that caused Nick to change his offensive style.
Additionally, when the DC and coordinators are announced it will show the seriousness of Auburn.
