Weren't those delay of game penalties called AFTER a timeout? That tomfoolery exhausted any goodwill Orgeron still had with the fanbase, as evidenced by the loud chorus of boo birds.

The 2010 Tennessee game was a complete mess. We tried to call a mass substitution play with under 20 seconds left and no timeouts. This would have ended the game, thank god the center snapped the ball when he did.
While the 2009 Ole Miss game was a mess as well, at least that would have worked if there was 1 extra second. The 2010 Tennessee game was a cluster frick on a mass scale. Amazing we ended up winning.

After the third down play was blown up, it was 4th down with like 29 seconds to go and Miles ran it all the way down to 9 seconds and then called a timeout. Had he called a timeout anytime before 9 seconds, then we probably win the game

I disagree actually. I thought that fake against us last year was well executed in principle and that Delpit simply made a great play. Without Delpit’s instincts that’s probably a touchdown.

Arkansas once called a fake FG, got the play blown dead right after the snap, went to TV timeout, then came out and RAN THE SAME GOD DAMN PLAY. Oh, Red Reggie Herring, ya bastard.
