Hard to say. Hell, I've already survived a gap of 25 years between winning seasons.

Ole Miss is fun as frick. Mississippi State is lame as frick.
Ole Miss also holds the Egg currently and have recently surpassed MSU in recruiting by a wide margin.
I would refrain from talking shite about your big brother.

I agree.
Unless of course people get hurt because of it. But no one gets hurt because a player's mom gets a better job or nicer vehicle

How many of those have you gotten?
How about trying to answer your own question, before asking others?

I asked you first. Why don't you take the high ground and do as you say, Sir?

If my team got the death sentence.
And to be honest I'd still probably be a huge fan

Getting back up to decent in football and then hiring "one of our own" again because everybody likes him. I'd rather have Petrino or that a-hole Spurrier any day than another good-guy Joker.

In all honesty, the local sports radio jerk in Victoria, TX is renouncing his fanaticism for the Cowboys. So it made me wonder, what would it actually take for a person to give up on something so close to their heart?
I think most fans think of their team in an almost religious sense...

man, as an alumus, i'm purple and gold for life (and probably longer). i'm LSU did something horrible i would want to help rally the faithful to help change what needed to change.

It would have to be something as bad as Penn State for me to turn my back on my Alma mater.

Start doing shady things like paying for players or get into some of the types of scandals that have plagued other, immoral teams around the country. I just couldn't watch our team and feel good about rooting for them if I felt like they weren't doing it honestly.

Getting anally gang banged raped in the arse by Nick Saban, Gene Stallings, Mike Price and Big Al would probably do it.
