Jimmy Ranes will not fire Harsin. The interim athletic director will do that. His name is Rich McGlynn.

If Auburn wins, they'll be ranked inside the top 20 and it will be odd to fire the HC at that time.

DO NOT underestimate the power of Jordan-Hare Voodoo! It was on full display last week.

Curious as to why the aggies are so interested in this…. Weird …. Just a really bizarre lack luster fan base… Should boot them for Va. Tech…

Nope. Regardless of what happens tomorrow, Harsin will get the trip to Athens on his resume.

Maybe they'll tell him to find his own way home.

Aubie is not sending one of their own (interim) to Athens. I just don't see that.
Harsin is going to be forced by Aubie to go for that arse beating in Athens and maybe a few more including T-town if Aubie decides to make Harsin's life miserable. His ego is taking a huge hit currently, his stock is dropping as a coach and he and his family have brought it all on himself.
When a man who refuses to recruit in the state of Georgia and has single handidly caused Aubie to lose Georgia, Alabama high school connections they have had for years, when Carnell and Travon Reed had a top running back out of Louisiana secretly committed and all it took was for Harsin to pick up a phone and formally offer and never did. That's just a few examples. That man has to go.
Not one of the schools you pull for would put up with it either and you would be raising hell yourself on this site.
Aubie wants Harsin in Athens for him to see once more what 5 star "thug" (not my terminology or beliefs, read between the lines) athletes can do as compared to 3 star All- American country boys, then send the man packing!
Seriously guys, Aubie knows the deal and how far ahead Georgia and Bama are with relation to coaching. Aubie allowed Kirby to use the instability of Gus as leverage against him, now misfiring with Harsin. Bobo back in Athens and sharing with Kirby what really went down, Aubie can't afford to get further behind.

It’d be hard to fire the man after an upset win over a hated division rival, and a 2-0 start in the SEC

And just how is your “fire Jimbo” campaign progressing? Oh, I forgot, 8&4feit is stuck with Jimbo for 5 years or so. They can’t afford to get rid of him AND hire a new staff.

Might need a referee to help out to win a game from time to time.
