Maybe the Aggies are just trying to start the hate back with Texas, they’re just really bad at it.

How does Florida keep FSU out?
As I understand it, Florida State was invited and said no. First expansion, they were a target. South Carolina (no offense, Gamecocks) was an afterthought.

Second expansion, I think A&M was a big add, and came with Missouri as a condition.

If this goes through, I think it's bigger. Both Texas and Oklahoma are big prizes. This isn't like the B1G adding Rutgers or Maryland (I get the market, but you also want to bring in big names).
And it still fits the geographical footprint (hell, it helps the Missouri situation a bit). You still have other sports that need to travel, so plucking USC and Ohio State might sound good too, but would be a bitch for things like women's softball, etc.

Obviously, the ideal situation for CFB would be the Big 12 as it initially was, but that's gone.

I dare you motherfricker! I dare you to add Baylor. Show me your almighty power and stupidity

Well, to be honest, if the SEC were to add Baylor, Texas would then be the third best team (at best) in the State of Texas.....

Just messing with you.......

well, maybe..
