We will be last in the SEC again.
Max of 15 wins.
12ish is more likely.
5ish conference wins.
I legitimately feel bad for Missouri basketball. Seems like yesterday they were chanting SEC at the Big XII Championship. What a cluster.

Frank Martin can't coach.
Eventually people will see this.

I give him 2 more years. He has improved the program, there is no doubting that.

GTFO of here with this bull****! Basketball?? Freaking basketball? Dude. You are an LSU fan and football is a week away. What in the holy hell is wrong with you!?!?! Only 30% of sports fans watch basketball. Of those, 99% of them watch for one of two reason. 1. Because it's NOT football season and they would rather suck it up and watch basketball than old Golden Girls episodes 2. Because their program is horrible at football, but at least adequate at basketball. The other 1% are either douchebags or Wisconsin fans. Which are you??

It is a mess entirely of our own doing.
And by "our own," I mean our last AD, Mike Alden.
He hired cokehead Quin, mismanaged the relationship with Mike Anderson, fell backwards into hiring that little Carlton looking MFer after getting played by Purdue's coach's agent and then panicked and hired a D2 coach when no one else on the national scene would return his calls and WSU's coach declined.

When Jones got to LSU, he had 5'8" sophomore guards starting and needed a walk-on 7'2" tuba player with no basketball experience for depth. We've gotten better and better each season, and this will also be the first time Jones has had a good bench at LSU.
Yet, he's a moron to the SECR and Frank Martin is the next big thing

I'm not saying Martin is good or bad, but I'm not buying the guy as a top 5 coach in the conference. He would have left KSU for much greener pastures in that case.

Step away from the keyboard psycho. Some people are basketball fans.

Pretty minimally
2012: 4-14
2013: 5-13
2014: 6-12

Granted, but this is the first year where they will have true depth. The recruiting has definitely improved.
I don't even know if USC has ever had a McDonald's All-American on the team before this year.

You have a little dick, don't you?
I'm not even a basketball fan and I think that you're overcompensating for your tiny tallywacker.

You mean there are other people who watch more than one sport?
As far as UK, it'll be interesting to see the adjustment from the platoon. Ulis will have a good shot at SEC POY. If he's 3 inches taller, he's already playing in the NBA. Skal reminds you a little bit of Davis in his ability to play around the rim defensively but also handle the ball well.
Wish the NCAA wouldn't have taken a hard stance against Murray playing FIBA ball for Canada and making him choose that or college. He's going to be a lot of fun to watch.
Also looking forward to the competition at the top in conference. For all the talk about LSU, A&M is going to be sharp and Vandy is coming into their own too.

Simmons isn't the only elite piece we added.
5* Simmons
5* Blakney
Former 5* Victor(Transfer from Arizona)
4* Top 50 player Brandon Sampson.

But you also lost a 5* and 2 4* players. LSU improved their talent level but not as much as Auburn did.

We added three 5* and a 4* who just barely missed being a 5*. As well as returning our best 2 guards from last year who are both very dangerous.
You added four 4* who are all at the bottom half of the top 150, if they are all even in the top 150..
three 5* and 4* >>>> four 4* (which all four of your 4* are ranked below our new four guys)

Just out of curiosity, who all did we add?

I'm excited about it. LSU has a future top 5 pick coming in. I'd be excited about that too.

Are you an auburn fan?
if so,
TJ Dunans SG
Danjel Purifoy SF
Trayvon Reed C
Horace Spencer PF
and three 3*
Ill say this, you added some depth which will help you in a couple years. But you said you added more talent which is just not the case.

The question isn't who had the better class. Obviously LSU did. It would be retarded to think otherwise. We lost KT Harrell and 5 scrubs so our adding those 4 4*'s in addition to Tyler Harris had a greater impact on our roster. We had shite and now we have some talent. You had talent and added better talent. We simply had more room for growth. This isn't rocket surgery.

Murray going shock some fools (I see him SEC POY). I see UK making another run to the Final 4.
