03 by far because backing into the game in 07 sucked arse just like most of the Miles era. Just enough to get by and no fricking more.

Look, Miles clearly had his issues and it was past time for him to move on when LSU let him go, but he won an NC (beating Ohio State's arse in the title game after winning the SEC title game with a backup QB and no Dorsey). He then played in another national title game after LSU went through the year undefeated in what numerous people considered to be the best regular season of all time before losing to a team they had beaten already at Bama. His gameplan was atrocious, but as fortunate as he was in 2007, that's how unfortnate he was to have to face Bama again with that D (the best pure defense I've ever seen - and the last to give up under 10 points per game at 8+ ppg).

By the way, LSU was fortunate in 2007, but that was an extremely fun year with the most parody I've ever seen.

2002-2003 BCS National Championship. I loved watching the mighty Miami falling to OSU in OT.

1992 for me. I was a freshman in the Big Easy. Everybody said Bama had no chance. And those Miami fans and players were the most obnoxious I have ever encountered. Very satisfying game to watch.

My first year at Bama also. That plus the underdog status, Miami’s behavior, and Gene Stallings will always make this my favorite. I still remember the Tuscaloosa news headline...Tradition Topples Trash.

1996 because we got sweat revenge on FSU . 2006 is a close second. That was the game that seem to start the SEC dominance. Big 10 fans were pissed because they thought Michigan should have been in the title game . But Michigan and OSU both got embarrassed in their bowl games .

1992. The height of Da U arrogance. Curry and Copeland. Teague. Just a physical arse whipping.

Watching Teague run down Lamar Thomas for the strip gives me chills every time.

I've always wondered, who was offsides on that play that negated the turnover? Watching it, no one looks like they jumped before the snap and everyone looks to be on the defense side of the ball.

1992.

As an old dude, the 2012 title was excellent. Beating ND to death with the game being over by the end of Q1 exorcised a lot of childhood demons.

I was in 5th grade and my dad took me to the game. We were sitting right there around the 10 yard line. Incredible for me as a young kid

To me 2009 and 2011 season are equal. 2009 because it had been 17 years, 2011 because as a lifelong Bama fan in Louisiana beating LSU is special. It is probabaly akin to Bama beating Auburn in a NC game for lifelong Bama residents.

For me..

78,79,92,09,11,12,15,17..

But that's just me.

But truthfully 78, 92 are my favorite championships.. But the 2011 team was the best team .

We later learned they called it on Michael Rogers(number 52) said he lined up in the neutral zone, it is close but I think it was bad call.

1958 Cannon vs Clemson, had to keep adjusting the rabbit ears, black and white and snow, kinda cool before it was the Big Easy
