Bama/UGA was an incredible one from a comeback perspective. Was really impressed with Bama in that game.

With that said, FU Bama

Not just our favorite. Is there a more referenced/celebrated national championship year by this board than that one?

The 1919 one is my favorite. Undefeated and unscored upon. LINK

I don't know. Those two you picked up in 2012 were pretty sweet.

He was supposed to pick up the crossing route. Somebody else did, however, but got beat. So Teague ran him down. Thomas was fast but I guess he had already slowed down thinking he had the score. Teague noticed he was carrying the ball in the wrong hand and stripped it. Then the play got called back because of an offsides by Bama. But had Teague not stripped the ball and just tackled him, it would've been first and goal for Miami. Giving them momentum and maybe the great Miami come back. But Teague took all of the wind out of their sails. And Thomas hid his face in a towel so we couldn't see him crying.

2015 for me. Simply because everyone was saying that the dynasty was over after Alabama's losses to Ohio State and Ole Miss. That team put together a run for the ages down the stretch that might be one of the most impressive in the history of the SEC.

One’s that aren’t my team’s.... 2005, I believe. Watching Texas beat USC in a great game, almost as good as it gets. Or like... watching USC’s three-Pete revert to a zero-Pete. Lols

I was a junior in HS when OU’s 2000 NC took place. But I remember it well. At the time, OU was the first to defeat undefeated #1 and #2 in back-to-back games. What is known as Red October here, OU defeated three top 10 teams in a row (#10 Texas, #2 Kansas State, #1 Nebraska). OU trailed KSU a few times in the first game; trailed 0-14 to NU before scoring 31 unanswered; had a late game interception at #23 TAMU in which OU trailed some of the game. Defeated a tough KSU again in a blistering cold CCG in Kansas City. And despite being undefeated and #1, OU was a 13 point underdog to defending national champion FSU. Although ugly, 13-2 was good enough to be Champs!

Outside of OU, it would be 2007 just because of all the chaos and curse of the #2 ranking. Never in a million years would locals believe #2 Kansas vs. #4 Missouri would have conference and national championship implications, and the winner taking the #1 ranking into the conference title game.

LSU deserved the NC through all the chaos.

Got to experience one live as a fan, as opposed to reading about it on Wikipedia.

The Gold Digest title from 04' will always have a special place in my heart.

Side note not a Natty but seeing the players go from 3-9 in 2012 to winning the SEC the next year was really special.
