Expand the student section at swayze, build a permanent concession stand by the bathrooms behind the center field wall. Bring in swipe machines that accepts ole miss flex dollars from your ole miss ID. That would be all I would do right now.

you googled "tear down foley field" didn't you Foley, as is, isn't horrible, just terribly underwhelming
This (right field/Kudzu Hill/Gordo's Greenhouse) needs to be made the student-friendly area
Need expansion down the third base line (maybe even tear up the left field tree things and parking lot out there to make that an actual part of the park)
Expand down first base line
Other option is tear it down and put home plate in the current right field corner, eliminating Kudzu Hill and the Houses like heeya (not a fan of this option

More seating and a more enthusiastic and dedicated fan base.
We hardly ever break 6k and I think the official capacity is around there, too.
Hell of a facade, though. That's about it, IMO. We only have like 10 suites (compared to Arky's 658) and our upper-deck doesn't have all chair-backs.

Hopefully with the SEC move (and a great recent run including hopefully 2 straight trips to Omaha) we will get increased interest in baseball. Expansion down the line over the berms should be pretty easy I think. I'd like to see us take that next step up from a top 10-15 fanbase to the Ole Miss/State/Arkansas level of dedication.
I also second Aggie Alley. I want a true unofficial party area again and that's the obvious place

It's complete for now, but the way they renovated it makes it easy to change things on the fly. Its small, but it doesn't need to be any bigger right now and the inside is very nice.
