For college football fan diversity, it is Atlanta. Period.

Also, Orrville.

College football in general? Dallas and Atlanta are both great. Huge melting pots from several schools and areas of the country and overlapped by at least 2 major conferences.

SEC only? New Orleans and Atlanta.

It is Atlanta, still. Houston and Dallas are too Big 12 to be at the top. But they are good towns too.

Just moved to Houston from Baton Rouge.
Midtown bars on College Football Saturdays have been fricking great here.

Not Houston.

We’re probably the most diverse town on the list. In general Houston is a huge melting pot. A lot of that pot don’t give a shite about CFB.

New York is a fun city. Fan percentage wise, it wouldn't be anywhere near the top. But the city is so big there are so many official alumni bars that it makes for a great Saturday.
