I don't think I've ever watched more football than I did on Saturday. A steady soaking rain and cold temps in Atlanta found me parked on my couch watching game after game after game. Pundit after pundit talking about the playoff, bowl implications, the top 10, upsets, Heisman front runners, conference leaders, etc. You know what I didn't hear? Not one time? Not even a mention? That LSU has to play Auburn to remain undefeated.

No one, and I mean NO ONE is talking about this as a possible upset. It's all about #1 and #2 in Tuscaloosa in 3 weeks. The clash of the titans. Undefeated Alabama, undefeated LSU. Will Tua be healthy when undefeated Alabama and undefeated LSU play? Which one of these heisman front runners will shine in the clash of unbeatens?

I heard it multiple times, especially before the MSU game yesterday. ".....but they still have to play MSU and Auburn before Alabama....."

Your Clearasil player of the year freshman Bo Pix will not win in Tiger Stadium. It’s not his fault though. No Auburn player has won in Death Valley since Bill Clinton was President. It’s not gonna change this year. Ask Florida fans what they think will happen. It will be a good game and LSU will pull away late in the third and ice the game in the fourth, going up two scores and sending the Gus bus home with the sad. This ain’t the Mizzou Tigers you playing here. You will not win.

You must have been listening to the Auburn radio broadcast then, Because that's the only place anybody is even talking about this game.

Auburn could absolutely upset LSU. They shouldn’t... but it wouldn’t be shocking.

I was more concerned with Florida. Auburn relies too much on the running game and long developing plays, and our entire defensive line will finally be healthy for the game. LSU will score a minimum of 31 points and I don’t see Auburn scoring more than 24 against our healthy improving defense.

What you are hearing on Sunday right here, right now:

LSU plays Auburn this Saturday.

Our fans will be there, our team will be there. We're waiting on your arrival.

Even one dumb arse fan said the fame would be like 2011 matchup. What a fkin idiot. AU is a top 10 team and is hungry. Ya they lost to a good UF D but the LSU front 7 probably won’t put that kindof pressure on nix. I believe it’s a close game for many reasons. In Banter yes admittedly I’ve thrown the streak up vs AU was would AU if we had lost so many straight at JHS. But truthfully it means nothing and I’ve been saying that our biggest threat is AU not UF to beat us before the Bama matchup. If our Oline protects then Bo isn’t ready to go pound for pound with Joe. But I’m not confident joe will have a ton of time. Watch out for the LSU run game. Davis Price is a freshman but he’s settling in and looks like an Earl Campbell type back. He is a beast. CEH is for real. Also AU with the end arounds utilizing their speed at wr could cause problems. Gus should know Aranda cryptonite. The qb run. He needs to attack with Nixs legs

Well since auburn has a habit of giving up when they play LSU, it’s not a marquee game. Plus y’all still have Gus.
